The start time is 7:05pm with the first pitch typically a few minutes prior to that. The game will be televised on CSN-BayAreaPlus and MLB-TV. Tuesday's edition of the San Francisco Chronicle had an interesting article about some A's players, notably pitchers Andrew Brown and Huston Street, who prefer to play chess to relax.
